A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking an AI & Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy AI solutions that drive data-driven decisions. AbbVie headquarters Europe is recruiting an AI & Machine Learning Engineer reporting to the AI & Machine Learning Engineer Lead for our BTS (Business Technical Solutions) team. The AI Engineer will be responsible for development, implementation and deployment operations of machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems and drive data‑driven decision‑making. The role collaborates with stakeholders to identify machine learning opportunities and ensures successful deployment and maintenance of models. The engineer plays a critical role in advancing the organization's capabilities in predictive analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
The position can be based in Paris, France; Wiesbaden, Germany or Madrid, Spain.
From a practical point of view and daily work life: the headquarters of AbbVie France, currently located in Rungis, will be relocated to 11 Boulevard 92100 Boulogne‑Billancourt by the end of 2025. The new premises along the Seine will host the France and Europe teams in two newly renovated seven‑story buildings within a campus of four buildings. Each floor will be equipped with meeting rooms and relaxation areas to promote collaboration and informal exchanges. The premises will also have outdoor spaces including a green inner courtyard and a private rooftop with a view of the Seine exclusively for AbbVie employees.
Numerous services will be offered on‑site: car and motorcycle parking with electric charging stations, bicycle storage, company restaurant, gym and concierge service. The future offices will be easily accessible by public transport with subway line 9, RER C and buses 126, 189 and 289 stations nearby.
