Overview

We are looking for an AI Business Analyst to join Hilti’s AI Accelerator. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager to support the delivery of impactful AI use cases across our global organization. You’ll help bring structure and visibility to the team by managing use case intake, maintaining documentation and dashboards, and coordinating with stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

What does the role involve?

The role involves supporting the delivery of impactful AI use cases by managing the intake and evaluation process, maintaining documentation and dashboards, and coordinating across teams and stakeholders. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, domain experts, and Product Owners to bring structure and visibility to the program, ensuring use cases are well-defined and progress is tracked.

  • Managing and organizing the intake and evaluation of AI use cases
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation, dashboards, and program assets
  • Coordinating with teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on next steps
  • Supporting the launch and tracking of AI use cases
  • Reporting status and outcomes to management
What you need is:
  • 6-8 year’s experience (with bachelor’s) in business analysis, digital operations, consulting, or program coordination roles.
  • Experience gathering requirements/stakeholder management/use case evaluation and presentation in AI, data, or technology-enabled transformation projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in structured corporate environments.
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
  • Comfortable using backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Able to work independently while supporting a central PO/PM and a broad stakeholder network.
  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable asking questions or seeking clarity.
  • Fluency in English (required for our international environment).
