Account Executive – Small Business, France (Paris)

Account Executive for HubSpot’s Small Business France market. Use outbound sales strategies to find new business and help clients grow with HubSpot software. Full‑time inside sales, full closing role, based in home office.

Responsibilities
  • Quickly identify challenges faced by prospective customers and discover the best marketing solutions for their business.
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small‑size companies.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Work collaboratively with HubSpot’s marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced.
  • Help shape the future of HubSpot’s mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in exceeding individual sales targets, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • A sharp focus on goals and a strong approach for achieving them.
  • Submit CV in English.
