R&D Partners is seeking an experienced Account Executive Life Sciences to join a dynamic team specializing in Clinical Research Solutions (CRS) within the Digital Health industry. This role focuses on leveraging technology and data to enhance clinical trial success rates, patient engagement, and health outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to work with global pharmaceutical and biotech companies, contributing to innovative solutions in oncology and beyond.

Responsibilities
Sales Cycle Management
  • Orchestrate end-to-end sales cycles within mid-market and enterprise accounts in the life sciences industry.
  • Lead prospection, nurturing, closing, renewal, and upselling efforts.
  • Tailor CRS, PSP, and RWE offerings to meet specific client needs.
Business Development
  • Source and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a proactive plan for consistent new business generation.
Client Engagement
  • Conduct in-depth discovery processes to understand client pain points and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
Performance Monitoring
  • Track sales activity and manage pipeline against quotas.
  • Identify and act on upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to stay updated on trends and engage clients.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
Key Skills and Requirements
Must‑Have
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultative sales of software / tech solutions or services to mid‑market or enterprise clients.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of managing full sales cycles and exceeding quotas.
  • Expertise in Clinical Research Programs.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Familiarity with clinical research industry standards (e.g., ICH‑GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
