  • Possess a deep curiosity about the business, colleagues and team to build effective relationships and business solutions where needed.
  • Develop and manage a strong communication strategy at all levels to ensure cohesive stakeholder engagement across the business, sharing any process change, service enhancement or workplace‑related impacts to the business.
  • Build and lead your team in a way that ensures our real‑estate assets support operations without business interruption.
  • Proactively manage workplace and real‑estate costs to ensure Netflix money is being spent wisely.

  • Be responsible for environmental, health and safety compliance and risk mitigation for the office.
  • Collaborate & align with cross‑functional partners such as Talent, EHS, AV, Ntech Ops, Events, Internal Comms to ensure a frictionless, safe & secure workplace and respond to incidents that will occur 24/7.
Role Profile
  • Ability to lead and grow in‑house workplace teams, sometimes working across multiple sites.
  • Strong focus on senior stakeholder engagement and ability to build relationships at all levels throughout the business.
  • Passionate about creating a great place of work and collaboration for employees & visitors.
  • Strong working knowledge of technical building operations and a vision of what great looks like.

  • An innovative mindset with the ability to drive exceptional workplace services and operational improvements.
  • Strong experience in vendor management, stakeholder communication and multi‑location leadership.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
