A leading entertainment company in Helsinki seeks a Workplace Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for managing corporate office operations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing corporate buildings, strong leadership skills, and a passion for fostering an exceptional workplace culture. The role demands fluency in Finnish and English, as well as innovative thinking, to drive outstanding workplace services.

Our Workplace Team is part of Enterprise Operations Function. The successful individual will play a key and high‑profile role in managing the corporate office in Finland.
The main responsibility of the Workplace team is ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and experience to provide best‑in‑class environments that drive the business forward. The successful candidate will be proactive and creative, encouraged to express new ideas on improving the overall workplace, and will use our resources – both team and finances – to the optimum.
Netflix Games offers a fast‑paced and expanding operation with a variety of needs. We are looking for an ambitious person that can grow and lead a successful, efficient and high‑performing Workplace team. The role requires a hands‑on, customer‑focused, stakeholder‑ and cross‑functional partner‑focused individual who will be able to drive excellence within our culture.
This may sound great, simple and maybe even easy on paper, however this is a demanding and fun role which will challenge you to be the best version of who you are. You must be willing to give and receive feedback, and be open to developing yourself professionally through constructive and regular feedback conversations. You must be adept at building, maintaining and when necessary, repairing relationships across the team, the business, the Regional Workplace Team and Enterprise Operations. This role is for individuals who are passionate about Workplace and equally passionate about developing themselves in this field and their teams.
The role reports to the Director of Workplace, EMEA based in London.
