Job summary

Dobra Finland Oy Ab is seeking skilled welders to join client companies across Finland. You will work in diverse industrial settings, applying MIG/MAG/TIG welding and reading technical drawings to deliver high-quality results.

The role covers welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with potential for robotic or laser welding and ongoing skill development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in welding or plate welding, or relevant vocational training.
• MIG/MAG welding skills; TIG experience is an advantage or required for some roles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Careful work approach and commitment to quality.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Working knowledge of Finnish, Swedish or English.

Responsibilities

• Weld with MIG, MAG and TIG based on role and skills.
• Weld different steels, stainless steel and aluminium.
• Prepare materials and work from technical drawings.
• Use a range of welding equipment and techniques.
• Opportunities to work with robotic welding, handheld laser welding and other modern welding technologies.
