Job summary

AnDi retro OÜ in Turku is seeking experienced welders for fixed-term positions until 01 September 2027. You will perform MIG/TIG welding, read technical drawings, and prepare joints for welding.

Wages are €12.24 per hour, paid every two weeks under the Technology Industries collective agreement (TES). Two positions are available with daytime shifts and employment as such.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial welding (MIG/TIG).
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Ability to prepare the joint before welding (edge preparation, bevelling, cleaning).
• Ability to do fit-up and joint alignment correctly before tack welding.
• Ability to weld the root pass and cap pass to the required quality.
• Selection includes a practical welding test (joint prep, fit-up, alignment, root and cap).

Job description

– Working hours: 40 h/week
