Job summary

TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is seeking Audio Data Contributors in Finland to record and validate audio prompts for AI development. You will follow detailed project guidelines to ensure accuracy, pronunciation, and clarity, while maintaining high quality standards and timely delivery.

Contributors must have native Finnish proficiency and the ability to work independently in an appropriate recording environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in the assigned language (Finnish).
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and project guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Suitable environment for recording audio.

Responsibilities

• Record assigned words, phrases, or prompts in the native language.
• Follow project-specific instructions for speaking style, volume, pace, and tone.
• Review and validate audio recordings for accuracy, pronunciation, clarity, and quality.
• Check recordings for background noise, distortion, incomplete audio, or other quality issues.
• Ensure recordings meet project and language guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately within the required timeframe.
• Flag or reject recordings that do not meet requirements.
• Escalate unclear cases when required.

As an Audio Data Contributor, you will help collect and/or review high-quality audio recordings used to support the development and improvement of AI technologies.

What you'll do:

Depending on the project subtype, contributors may be asked to:

• Record assigned words, phrases, or audio prompts in their native language.
• Follow project-specific instructions for speaking style, volume, pace, and tone.
• Review and validate audio recordings for accuracy, pronunciation, clarity, and quality.
• Check recordings for background noise, distortion, incomplete audio, or other quality issues.
• Ensure recordings meet the required project and language guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Flag or reject recordings that do not meet the project requirements.
• Escalate unclear or borderline cases when required.

The specific tasks and requirements may vary depending on the project subtype, and contributors may be assigned to audio recording, validation, quality assurance, or other related activities. Full instructions and requirements will be provided for each project.
