GE HealthCare in Helsinki is seeking a VCP Project Leader to drive the Value Cost Productivity (VCP) portfolio, identifying and prioritizing savings opportunities and leading cost reduction projects across the organization.

You will develop and track the savings pipeline, coordinate savings business cases with Finance, and lead the technical content of projects including plans, estimates, and schedules while ensuring compliance with Quality Management System and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience in product development, manufacturing, sourcing, value engineering, or cost reduction programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop business cases and understand financial impacts.
• Demonstrated abilities and skills in working, influencing and communicating in English language in a diverse global environment and with global manufacturers.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• EU work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate portfolio status, savings forecasts, risks, and mitigation plans to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System, Design Controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Job Description Summary

As a VCP Project Leader, you will be responsible for driving the Value Cost Productivity (VCP) portfolio to deliver annual savings targets through identification, prioritization, execution, and sustainment of cost reduction initiatives. You will own the VCP funnel, develop and track the savings pipeline and lead assigned cost reduction projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
