We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to join us in our Helsinki office. This is a rare chance to gain hands‑on experience in sourcing and evaluating the most promising early‑stage startups in the green transition space, as well as supporting the team in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Evaluation: You will assist in identifying and evaluating the best investment opportunities. This involves conducting research and applying critical analysis to find startups that align with our investment strategy.
• Sector Analysis: Dive deep into various subsectors within the green transition and climate‑tech landscapes. Your analysis will contribute to our understanding of market trends, technological advancements, and potential investment areas.
• Team support: Be ready to lend a hand across different operational tasks as needed. This could range from preparing presentations to organizing events, or any other activities that support the team’s goals.
• Anything else you can contribute with: Additional projects or tasks based on your skills, for instance process automation, web development, marketing and events, ESG or domain specific knowledge.

• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Analytical Skills: You have a sharp eye for what matters. You’re comfortable working with complex data and can cut through the noise to identify key insights. Whether you’re evaluating a company or conducting an industry analysis, you’re eager to take on data‑heavy projects and contribute to building more data‑driven processes across our work.
• Education: Currently pursuing a university degree in a relevant field. We are looking for great individuals rather than specific degrees.
• Fluency in English: Full proficiency in English, as it’s our working language. Other languages are a plus.

This paid position is based in Helsinki. We are looking for one intern for the fall of 2025 and one intern for the spring of 2026. Please indicate which period you prefer. The exact start and end dates are flexible. The last date to apply is 25.5.
