OP Pohjola invites you to join its Kiitorata 2027 Trainee Program in Helsinki as a Transformation Specialist Trainee. You will be part of the Transformation Management Office, producing reports, analyses and presentations to support decision-making and monitoring progress of the transformation.

The role develops skills in business development, project work, data-driven management and change initiatives, with senior leaders and cross-functional collaborators.

Qualifications

• Interest in business development, AI, implementing change and supporting data-driven management.
• Strong ability to analyse, structure and visualise information.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English; Finnish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce reports, analyses and presentation materials to support decision-making.
• Monitor progress of the transformation and ensure information management.
• Develop operating models, processes and tools for the transformation; coordinate dependencies and risks.
