Job summary

WithSecure is seeking a Threat Intelligence Researcher to join our Threat intelligence and response team to enhance clients’ security posture and cyber resilience.

This hands-on role focuses on threat research, intelligence production, and translating complex activity into practical guidance for customers and internal teams. You will present threat assessments directly to clients and contribute to training and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in threat intelligence or related roles.
• Experience investigating threat actors and campaigns.
• Ability to produce well-supported intelligence assessments.
• Strong understanding of attacker tradecraft and intrusion lifecycles.
• Ability to communicate confidence levels and gaps.

Responsibilities

• Research threat actors, campaigns, malware, and significant cyber events.
• Produce sector threat landscapes and threat-actor profiles.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for security teams.
• Map adversary activity to MITRE ATT&CK techniques.
• Deliver customer briefings and threat-intelligence sessions.
• Design internal training and maintain reusable intelligence content.
