We are looking for a Test Specialist, Embedded SW to join our embedded System Testing- team in Hyvinkää, Finland.

Selected candidate is required to live permanently in Finland.

What you will do

• Execute and develop test plans and test cases in global testing team
• Document findings and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
• Participate in test design and continuous improvement of testing practices
• Contribute to ensuring that delivered solutions meet quality and reliability expectations

What we are looking for

• Experience in software testing, system testing, or a related technical field.
• Whether you are earlier in your career or already an experienced specialist, we value the right attitude, learning mindset, and ability to contribute to the team
• Genuine interest in quality assurance and problem solving
• A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, software testing, or engineering workflows
• Prompt engineering or practical experience applying generative AI in daily work
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and energy to drive things forward
