As a Test Engineer, your main responsibility is to maintain, test, and upgrade our ALD thin-film coating products. You will primarily work with our own demo and R&D systems, giving you a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full product portfolio. Your work will include periodic and ad hoc maintenance, installation and testing of delivery systems, as well as assembling and validating product upgrades. You will also play an important role in ensuring laboratory safety, cleanliness, and operational reliability. Documenting completed work and communicating findings, issues, and improvement proposals to internal stakeholders are essential parts of your daily routine, with the aim of improving system uptime and performance.
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
