Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp seeks an ICT Governance SME to shape and maintain the Technology Operating Model & Governance framework. You will work with a broad set of stakeholders to mature the ICT policy framework and support the Application Management Framework.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, governance experience, and the ability to drive policy-level documentation while engaging executive stakeholders in a large Nordic banking environment. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, GDPR) and writing policy-level documents.
• Ability to engage with executive management and external authorities.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to EU regulations within 1st LoD ICT policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose ICT policy and AP management framework.
• Define and mature Nordea’s application management policy and framework with other units.
• Engage and influence decision-making across teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate Group Internal Rules Process and provide cross-group support.
