Are you passionate about modern infrastructure and building the foundation for future‑ready IT? We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced, and self‑driven Hosting & Capacity Lead to join our Infrastructure and Regional IT team. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership and service ownership, driving the development of our hosting and capacity services as we transform toward a modern, cloud‑first IT environment that supports our global business.

This position will be based in Finland.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Lead the Hosting & Capacity service area, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement across on‑premises, data centre, and cloud environments.
• Drive infrastructure modernization and transformation initiatives, evolving legacy systems into modern, cloud‑native solutions.
• Oversee development and operations in AWS and Google Cloud (GCP), ensuring secure, efficient, and cost‑effective cloud usage.
• Manage and mentor a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, promoting automation, resilience, and operational excellence.
• Play a key role in IT integration projects for mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence and migration planning to post‑integration optimisation.
• Own service management responsibilities, including lifecycle planning, budgeting, vendor collaboration, and ITSM alignment.
• Partner with architecture, security, and application teams to ensure cohesive, end‑to‑end service delivery.
• Champion a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging data, feedback, and automation to enhance reliability, performance, and user experience.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5+ years in leadership roles within IT infrastructure, cloud, or service management.
• Strong experience managing and developing cloud infrastructure and services, with hands‑on AWS; GCP is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams, balancing strategy with hands‑on involvement.
• Track record in infrastructure transformation initiatives such as modernization, automation, or cloud migrations.
• Familiarity with SRE principles, capacity management, and IT service management best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Preferred home office: Tampere or Helsinki; other locations will also be considered.
