Job summary

HCLTech Finland invites an experienced Teamcenter Technical Lead to drive the technical strategy, architecture, development, and delivery of our Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform. This role will steer modernization, lead a global technical team, and ensure a scalable, secure, and high-performing Teamcenter environment.

You will lead platform upgrades, manage integrations (AWC/ITK/REST), and mentor developers while collaborating with product owners, security, and infrastructure teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform and up-to-date in architecture and integration patterns.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Teamcenter technical roadmap aligned with business objectives and standards.
• Design scalable, secure Teamcenter architectures across app, web, FMS, CAD integrations, and DB layers.
