Job summary

Danske Bank in Helsinki invites an experienced Private Banking leader to head a team of Private Bankers and coaching specialists, and to drive growth by attracting new high-net-worth clients together with stakeholders.

Based in Helsinki, Kasarmikatu, with regular visits to other locations within Finland, you will lead initiatives, manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, and contribute to the Nordic Private Banking management team.

Qualifications

• At least three years of leadership experience with strong strategic and operational execution.
• Solid understanding of the high-net-worth market, banking business and risk management.
• Education in Business, Finance or People Management.
• Fluency in Finnish and English; strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Private Bankers and coaching specialists to drive growth and acquire new customers.
• Meet high-net-worth customers and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Travel within Finland; lead projects with strong implementation focus across the Nordics.

What you will be doing

Your main responsibility will be to lead a team of skilled Private Bankers, coaching specialists and driving growth (new customers) together with the stakeholders. You will work at the core of private banking and have a seat in the local Private Banking management team.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Coaching team members
• Meeting high-net-worth customers
• Advancing growth initiatives to acquire new customers
• Engaging in local networking
• Collaborating with stakeholders and colleagues across the Nordics
• Ability to lead projects with systematic capabilities and strong implementation focus

Your workplace is in Helsinki, Kasarmikatu, but you will visit other locations within your area of responsibility regularly.

About you

• At least three years of leadership experience, with strong skills in strategic and operational execution
• A solid understanding and competencies of the high-net-worth market, banking business and risk management
• Suitable education, e.g., in Business, Finance or People Management
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Finnish and English
• Readiness to travel within Finland (still main location Helsinki)
