Job summary

Infranode offers full-time internship positions in our Helsinki office during 2027 with flexible periods of about 4–5 months in spring or autumn. We also consider applications on a part-time basis.

As part of the investment management team, you will work on identifying and evaluating sustainable opportunities in the Nordics, supporting existing investments and developing financial models and presentation materials. You will learn from senior colleagues in a dynamic, value-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master student or final-year bachelor with excellent academics.
• Interest in sustainable investing; internship in finance-related fields preferred.
• Fluent in English and Finnish; other Nordic language a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficient Excel and PowerPoint abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, curious, and hands-on team player.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to financial, operational and market analyses for investments.
• Develop financial models and valuation work for potential opportunities.
• Support asset management with active ownership and value creation.
• Prepare presentation materials and management summaries.
• Collaborate with senior team members across sectors in the Nordics.
