Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Big4 Deal Advisory / TAS, or Strategy Consulting.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with extensive experience in financial modelling and valuation.
  • Fundamental understanding of M&A processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly in English.

Responsibilities

  • Build and support business and investment cases for growth projects, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
  • Participate in M&A processes, including screening, due diligence support, and transaction structuring.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and analyses that shape the company's direction.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality financial models.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations and investment materials.
