A leading biogas company in Finland is seeking a Strategy and M&A Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to engage in impactful projects influencing the future of renewable energy in the Nordics. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in finance or consulting and strong analytical skills. The position provides exposure to high-level management and offers a supportive environment for learning and professional growth.
St1 Biokraft is a joint venture between St1, HitecVision, and Aneo, combining deep expertise and resources to drive innovation in the biogas industry. Our ambition is to become the leading integrated biogas player in the Nordics and play a pivotal role in the energy transition. We cover the entire biogas value chain – from feedstock sourcing to production, distribution, and end-user sales – and have set ambitious goals: 3 TWh of biomethane production and 6 TWh of biomethane sales by 2030.
To reach these targets, we are investing more than EUR 1 billion in production and distribution networks across the Nordics. Several major growth projects are currently underway, positioning St1 Biokraft for rapid expansion.

As a Strategy and M&A Analyst, you will be part of a small, high-performing team that advances St1 Biokraft’s strategic and investment goals. You will help develop and implement growth projects, business cases, and transactions – working closely with senior management and our owners.
You will support M&A and investment processes end-to-end and gain increasing responsibility as your expertise grows. The role offers a steep learning curve and a broad exposure to both strategy and M&A.
You will join a fast-growing company where M&A and strategic projects are at the heart of our expansion. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with direct exposure to the CEO, management team, and owners.
