Job summary

Adven invites applications for a maintenance planner at the Kauttua power plant, Western Finland. The role is fixed-term for 24 months and involves day-work and close interaction with operations to secure reliable energy supply.

You will plan and supervise mechanical maintenance, schedule activities, plan revisions, and develop maintenance practices while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent technical education.
• At least three years of experience in maintenance planning or similar tasks.
• Good knowledge of maintenance methods, processes and technologies.
• Experience using maintenance systems and a systematic approach to work.
• Fluent Finnish; English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervisory tasks of the mechanical maintenance of the Kauttua power plant.
• Planning, scheduling and resourcing of maintenance work in the maintenance system.
• Plant revision planning, including cost planning, tendering of subcontracting and materials and ensuring procurement.
• Continuous development of plant maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Maintenance of the plant's technical information in the maintenance system.
• Cooperation with different stakeholders and external partners.
