Job summary

Osanyin Bioenergia Oy is seeking a lead legal and contractual risk manager to guide an international renewable‑energy programme. You will oversee EPC/EPCM and equipment-supply contracts, negotiate licences and support land, PPA, offtake, JV and financing agreements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in international commercial contracts.
• Experience with major industrial, energy or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements in English.
• Strong commercial risk judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC/EPCM and equipment-supply contracts.
• Negotiate technology licence agreements.
• Support land, PPA, offtake, JV and shareholder agreements.
• Support financing agreements and security packages.
• Manage claims, warranties, performance guarantees and liquidated damages.
• Coordinate local legal counsel and regulatory advice.
