Job summary

StaffPoint Oy is seeking ready checkout experts for stores in the Oulu area. You will be the customer's main contact during their visit, handling checkout, advising and serving customers, and ensuring shelves are stocked and displays look presentable.

Candidates must have prior checkout experience from S-Group or K-Group, be customer-service oriented, reliable, energetic, and capable of taking shifts on short notice. Fluency in Finnish and being at least 18 are required.

Hello grocery retail expert! Do you have experience from S- or K-group stores and is customer service your thing? We are now looking for ready checkout experts for stores in the Oulu and surrounding municipalities area. This is a continuous need for ready experts in the area. As a salesperson, you are in a critically important role in creating the customer's shopping trip – you may be the customer's only contact when visiting the store.

In addition to checkout tasks, your duties include advising and serving customers, as well as unloading loads and putting products on display. You will get to work in a busy, diverse environment and in varying tasks and get to know many new colleagues!

You must have previous checkout experience from S- or K-group, as it is not currently possible to be oriented to checkout shifts.

We are looking for so‑called “ready checkout experts”. The employment is, if necessary, callable to work and working hours are available according to the needs of the stores. Shifts are usually offered on short notice, i.e., the employee is often sought for a shift on the same day. The work is therefore ideal for a person who can plan their own schedules and receive different shifts flexibly. Work starts immediately upon finding suitable people.

The salary is determined according to the retail sector collective agreement, so your salary would be €12.81–14.57/h depending on your previous work experience and education.

The employment relationship is concluded between the employee and StaffPoint.
