NVIDIA is launching a 16-month rotation program for newly graduated engineers to become Solution Architects. You will work with experienced teams supporting customers across EMEA, tackling real-world challenges with NVIDIA software and hardware platforms.
During the program you will rotate through customer-facing teams, build prototypes, run hands-on workshops, and learn to translate technical needs into actionable designs.

As a new college graduate, our rotation program will team you up with experienced Solution Architects for on-the-job training as you work as part of a team supporting customers building solutions with our newest software and hardware platforms. A Solutions Architect is the first line of technical expertise between NVIDIA and our partners and customers. You will dynamically engage with developers, data scientists, scientific researchers, IT and senior leaders.
You will spend up to 16 months rotating through customer-facing teams supporting different industries such as healthcare, retail, automotive, robotics, etc. In the process, you will have the opportunity to become a specialist in our enterprise products as well as our developer software platforms such as NVIDIA AI Enterprise, CUDA-X and Omniverse. You may also be able to rotate with other departments at NVIDIA. At the end of the program, you will have become a domain specialist on at least one NVIDIA technology and will join a team as a Solution Architect in an area of your choosing.

All MS graduation requirements must complete in 2026 and the candidate available to start at NVIDIA by January 2027. The candidate must have a working permit for the target location. Newly graduating with a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field in 2026, Coursework in Machine Learning, High-Performance Computing, Deep Learning & AI, Data Science or Visual Computing, Skilled in one or more programming languages such as Python or C/C++, Self-driven and analytical mindset with curiosity for customer problems, Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, Ability to explain technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences, Fluent in English, both oral and written, Passion for continuous learning and knowledge transfer, Valid work permit for the target location
