A leading consulting company in Helsinki seeks a Solution Architect specializing in CRM and customer service solutions. The role involves designing and guiding client projects across various industries and facilitating client engagement. Applicants should have extensive consulting experience, especially in CRM and integration systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. The position offers a salary range of EUR 4500–6000 per month along with a performance bonus and a committed professional development environment.
We are looking for experienced, business-driven architects to design, guide, and build our clients’ digital transformation. Our client projects and assignments are diverse and often long-term, giving you the opportunity to apply your expertise broadly while continuously learning new things.
As a digital transformation architect at Gofore, you will play a key role in the digitalization of societally significant business and service ecosystems. You will design and steer development work, enabling smooth interoperability between business processes and systems.
You will work as a Solution Architect with clients across various industries, bringing business process‑ and system‑level solution expertise to the architectural development of customer service, sales, customer experience, and customer data. You will help our clients design and develop CRM and customer service solutions in particular, leveraging new opportunities enabled by artificial intelligence and customer data.
As a Solution Architect, you may act as a trusted architect for our demanding clients throughout system procurement and tendering phases, implementation and integration projects, as well as ongoing development initiatives. You will also actively participate in Gofore’s sales and bidding activities and, where possible, in the development of architecture consulting services.

At least five (5) years of consulting experience in solution design, functional specification, and integrations related to CRM and customer service transformation initiatives.
At least three (3) years of experience working as a solution and integration architect. Experience in agile transformation and development initiatives is considered an advantage.
Excellent ability to design, document, and communicate comprehensive CRM and customer service solution and system scenarios and architectural plans to support both business leadership and technical development teams.
Hands‑on experience in implementing and integrating Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Experience and competence in applying architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Lean EA) and tools (e.g. Archi, Sparx) are valued.
Willingness to facilitate client workshops, present to top management, and build trusted advisor relationships.
Motivation to develop into a visionary advisor in modern customer relationship management and architecture for our clients.
A customer‑oriented mindset and flexibility to adapt to client project needs in terms of both work location and working methods.
Fluent Finnish and English language skills.

The typical salary range for this role is EUR 4500–6000 per month, in addition to a bonus based on your monthly billing. The final salary level will be defined as discussions progress and we gain a more detailed understanding of your expertise. We also offer separate bonuses linked to the company’s success, which may relate to areas such as recruitment, sales, or increasing Gofore’s brand awareness.
