Qualifications

Overview

We’re looking for a Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team in Finland. In this role, you’ll deliver expert professional services and technical solutions that help enterprises secure their most critical systems from IT infrastructure to operational technology environments.

You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing SSH solutions for our customers, ensuring successful deployments and long-term value. While your main focus will be professional services, you’ll also contribute to technical pre-sales and partner enablement, working closely with our strategic partner and major shareholder, Leonardo S.p.A. - a global leader in Aerospace, Defence, and Critical National Infrastructure.

What you’ll do

• Design, install, and integrate SSH solutions within complex enterprise environments
• Support customer go-live, testing, and production rollout
• Deliver product training and technical enablement for customers and partners
• Provide technical account management and ongoing service support
• Collaborate with sales and partner teams in pre-sales engagements, demos, and RFP responses
• Develop light integration scripts using SSH product REST APIs when needed

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise security or infrastructure roles
• Strong background in Linux system administration or engineering
• Scripting capability in Unix shell (Python or Perl a plus)
• Experience deploying security software into enterprise IT environments
• Familiarity with enterprise tools (jump hosts, CMDB, SIEM, load balancers, configuration management)
• Understanding of cloud infrastructures such as Azure and AWS
• Knowledge of OT/ICS processes, regulatory frameworks, devices, and protocols - is a plus
