Finnair Flight Operations Engineering is seeking a Flight Operations Engineer, Simulator to join the Simulator Engineering team and support the technical management and development of our simulator fleet and training devices.

You will ensure performance, reliability and lifecycle management, coordinate hardware/software changes, maintain documentation, and work with manufacturers, software vendors and aviation authorities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or IT.
• Strong knowledge of avionics, aviation, simulation, and software-based systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize technical activities in a complex environment.
• Good teamwork and communication; fluent English and Finnish.

Mansioni

• Monitor simulator fleet performance and reliability; track KPIs.
• Coordinate hardware and software management, updates, and version control.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and operating instructions.
• Coordinate activities with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Support regulatory compliance and quality management; non-compliance actions.
• Participate in simulator renewal, upgrade and entry-into-service projects.
• Maintain and develop simulator documentation and engineering processes.
