Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Engagement Manager to join our team in Finland to lead the way in delivering ServiceNow solutions with a strategic mindset and strong customer focus.

POSITION

The Cloud People, is a Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner that is growing rapidly in Europe, US and Brazil. For our Helsinki office in Finland, we are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to join our team. We’re specifically seeking candidates who are fluent in both Finnish and English and have experience in similar client-facing roles.

As an Engagement Manager you’ll take a leading role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects and services. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and The Cloud People and continuously work on maintaining strong, transparent communication and fostering long-term partnerships. From sales handover to delivery closure, The Engagement Manager oversees the full operational lifecycle of customer engagements and ensures everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage ServiceNow projects and service deliveries end-to-end – ensuring timelines, budget, and quality are consistently met.
• Act as a trusted advisor and the main point of contact for the customer throughout and between deliveries, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Ensure that projects and services deliver tangible business value – driving development, efficiency, and customer success.
• Collaborate closely with technical experts and the sales team to design and implement solutions that support customers\' business goals and generate measurable benefits.
• Actively identify and promote upselling opportunities together with sales.
• Monitor delivery budgets, provide financial forecasts, and ensure project profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, offering guidance, and aligning efforts toward shared project goals.
• Collaborate with the Resource Manager to plan optimal resourcing for both current and upcoming deliveries within the customer account.
• Organize and coordinate regular roadmap planning sessions with the customer to align on future needs and delivery priorities.
• Identify and mitigate delivery-related risks to ensure project success.
• Manage expectations and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders – clients, internal teams, and leadership.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with client expectations.
• Continuously collect feedback, evaluate project performance, and implement improvements to enhance future project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

• Experience working with the ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
• A relevant educational background and solid experience in the ICT field.
• Fluency in both Finnish and English – spoken and written.
