Job summary

Elisa is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Elisa ID team. You will help unify identities and customer data in real time, focusing on SSO and identity services that impact customer satisfaction across channels.

The role sits in Elisa's Digital Services Finland, with hybrid remote work guidelines and a culture that emphasizes modern software development and AI tooling. Ideal candidates bring five years of full-stack experience and at least three years in IAM, with knowledge of OpenID

Qualifications

Around five years of full-stack development experience in digital services.
At least three years of hands-on experience with identity and access management solutions (SSO, MFA, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SAML).
Understanding of identity lifecycle management and automated provisioning.
Strong communication skills in English; Finnish language skills are a plus.
Knowledge of security practices such as Zero Trust and least privilege.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain identity and access management services, including SSO and related APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, privacy compliance, and robust security.
Partner with other teams to design secure, scalable cloud-based solutions in GCP/AWS.
