Job summary

Clutch Canada is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to enhance the customer experience in Helsinki. As part of Team Duplo, you'll develop and maintain the Design System library, work on onboarding features, and collaborate with engineers and designers.

Qualifications

Overview

Team Duplo is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape the customer experience across Smartly. You\'ll work on customer onboarding, dashboards, and Design System adoption, helping create a consistent and intuitive experience across our platform. As part of the Platform Functionality (Media) product group, you will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product partners to improve how customers discover value in Smartly and become long-term successful users.

What You Will Do

• Extend and maintain Smartly\'s Design System library to support consistent user experiences across the platform.
• Partner with designers to improve UI development workflows, tooling, and collaboration practices.
• Drive Design System adoption across existing product areas by improving shared components and implementation patterns.
• Own and improve frontend build, release, and deployment processes to support reliable development and delivery.
• Develop customer-facing features that support onboarding, product adoption, and customer success outcomes.
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, ensuring maintainable, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
• Work across the Smartly application to surface insights, recommendations, notifications, and alerts that improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and your Engineering Manager to deliver technical excellence and business impact.

What We Are Looking For
