You will translate business needs into transformation roadmaps, lead client engagements with C-level stakeholders, and ensure commercial and delivery excellence.

With 10+ years in SAP S/4HANA transformations, you will shape strategy, governance, risk management, and deal shaping in a global context, delivering measurable business outcomes

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes from strategy through execution.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and governance forums.
• Proven sales, commercial awareness, and delivery leadership in programmes.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4 transformation programmes across multiple streams.
• Manage multi-country deployments and complex integration scopes.
• Oversee data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders as strategic advisor.
• Drive governance through steering committees and executive forums.
• Support deal shaping, proposals, and client negotiations.
• Ensure strong commercial control over scope, pricing, and margins.
• Translate business needs into clear transformation roadmaps and adoption plans.
• Lead large distributed teams across onshore and offshore models.
• Manage risks, financials, and delivery challenges to ensure outcomes.
