Ubique Systems is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant/Lead to drive Finance & Controlling workstreams across SAP implementation, conversion, and rollout programs in Helsinki, Finland. Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance.
• Expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO Best Practice processes.
• Good knowledge of IFRS, tax, statutory reporting, and financial controls.
• Strong SAP integration experience with MM, SD, PP, EWM, Treasury, and third-party systems.
• Experience with SAP Activate, Agile delivery, testing, data migration, and cutover management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO workstreams across implementation, conversion, and rollout projects.
• Conduct business workshops, fit-gap / fit-to-standard analysis, and process design sessions.
• Lead SAP FICO configuration, testing, defect resolution, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Provide expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and financial closing.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory reporting, tax, and internal control requirements.
• Manage integration with MM, SD, PP, EWM, Procurement, Treasury, and third-party applications.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
