Enersense Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery on large-scale data centre projects across Finland. The role involves steering multidisciplinary teams and serving as the main client interface, while developing strategies and overseeing planning and change management.

You will be accountable for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction, ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in project management within construction, engineering, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Understanding of contracts, risk management, and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a good command of English.
