ŌURA is seeking a Product Quality Manager to join our Supply Chain team. You will champion quality from concept through high-volume production, partnering with design, R&D, operations and CM suppliers to meet cosmetic and reliability standards.
You’ll drive data-driven decisions and scalable quality processes across the supply chain. You will lead quality initiatives, define control plans, and translate risks into actionable improvements while traveling up to 50% internationally.
Our mission at ŌURA is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles.

We are seeking a Product Quality Manager to join our Supply Chain team. This role sits at the intersection of Oura Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain, partnering closely with design, process engineering, operations, and contract manufacturers (CMs) to drive the successful development and ramp of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
You will champion product quality and the user experience by ensuring every ring meets Oura’s rigorous standards for health accuracy, reliability, and jewelry-like craftsmanship. You will establish and improve quality systems at CMs, ensuring robust data collection and analysis to support critical program decisions and long‑term supply chain improvements.
From concept through high-volume production, you will develop and implement measurement methods, control plans, and quality processes that ensure components and assemblies are manufacturable, scalable, and consistently meet product requirements. You will serve as a key liaison between Oura and our manufacturing partners, fostering a strong culture of quality across the supply chain.
Working closely with Operations and Program Management, you will plan and execute NPI builds while continuously influencing both product and process development. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and the ability to translate quality requirements into scalable manufacturing solutions.
This is a Hybrid role based preferably in Oulu (or Helsinki Finland). The role will require significant travel to Finland and Asia.
