Job summary

BeeHealthy, a Nordic/European SaaS provider, is seeking a senior product manager to own strategy and drive end-to-end delivery in a healthcare context. You will partner with engineering and design to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and ensure compliance from the outset.

You will lead cross-functional teams, influence trade-offs, and shape a core platform that serves B2B and B2C customers across multiple markets with a strong emphasis on quality and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management at a SaaS company, ideally senior level.
• Comfort working close to engineering: APIs, integrations, platform architecture.
• Experience on a core platform team or in a highly technical environment is a strong plus.
• University degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Natural team player, hands-on, high energy, problem solver.
• Fluent English with clear presentation skills.
• Background in Fintech, Healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Experience across B2B2C environments and CRM platform evolution is a plus.
• Experience in a scale-up environment.
• Exposure to healthcare products like Epic/MyChart or similar patient portals.
• Experience with authentication systems (OIDC, SAML, OAuth 2.0).
• International work experience across markets or countries.
• Languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, or others.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for your area and align with the broader company goals.
• Monitor market knowledge, competitors and healthcare structure to support commercially sound decisions.
• Manage end-to-end product management from discovery to delivery and feedback loops.
• Build strong relationships across engineering, design, and commercial teams to create a unified roadmap.
• Partner with engineering to understand trade-offs and push for user value in decisions.
• Integrate compliance with frameworks like GDPR, MDR, EHDS and national health data regulations from the start.
