Job summary

DayOne is seeking an Construction Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to develop and oversee EHS systems, policies, and standards across construction activities. You will lead programs to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement controls for lifting, working at height, electrical works, and energy isolation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related safety or engineering discipline.
• Minimum 6 years in an EHS role, preferably in construction or infra projects.
• Certifications: EU-OSHA, NEBOSH, CESAT, IOSH.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.
• Experience in fast-growing, international environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in data centers or critical infra is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and international EHS regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Lead internal EHS audits, site inspections, and regulatory inspections.
• Deliver EHS induction, toolbox talks, and training.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and authorities on EHS matters.
