Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end EGSE system to support spacecraft and payload AIT.
Translate system-level requirements into executable EGSE architectures.
Design and maintain robust EGSE hardware and software.
Enable discovery of real flight-relevant failure modes.
Support AIT execution, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
Skills
10+ years of hands-on experience with spacecraft EGSE
Direct involvement in at least one spacecraft mission
Experience designing EGSE with real flight hardware
Strong practical experience with electrical and data interfaces
Proficiency in Python or C/C++
Experience with payload EGSE or RF communications
Familiarity with ground segment testing interfaces
Experience improving AIT processes
Exposure to fault injection and stress testing
