Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking a Data Center Chief Power Engineer to oversee electrical power infrastructure for a hyperscale data center in Lappeenranta, Finland. You will lead reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with facilities, operations, and external partners.

Responsibilities include optimizing PUE, managing HV/LV systems, and guiding 24/7 operations while driving energy-efficiency initiatives in a Nordic/EU context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with data center facilities engineering and high-availability electrical infrastructure.
• Licensing or certifications (PE/CDCP/DCCA/DCCP) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and maintenance of electrical power infrastructure in a hyperscale data center.
• Oversee compliance, safety, and outage planning in Finland/EU regulations.
• Mentor power engineers and coordinate contractors for safe, compliant work.
