Job summary

Bosch Sensortec is seeking a Senior AMS Verification Engineer for its Finland centers in Oulu and Espoo. You will drive mixed-signal IC development from concept to implementation and ensure design integrity through multi-level simulations.

You will collaborate across analog, digital, software, layout, verification and test teams in an international setting, applying Verilog-A/AMS and SystemVerilog to achieve First Time Right products. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven successful industrial track record in IC design as a senior analog/AMS engineer.
• Strong understanding of analog circuit design and transistor-level concepts.
• Experience ramping up top-level AMS/DMS verification environments.
• Solid HDL understanding for analog/mixed-signal simulation.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Driving innovation as part of an interdisciplinary team developing mixed-signal ICs from concept to implementation.
• Ensure 'First Time Right' ICs by comprehensive simulations at transistor, model and top levels.
• Collaborate with analog, digital, software, layout, verification and test teams for optimal system performance.
• Communicate and collaborate within an international, globally distributed team.
