Job summary

Arctic GM Experiences OY is seeking a reliable housekeeper for the winter season at Sonka Resort, located about 30 km from Rovaniemi. The role runs from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027, full-time with 112.5 hours every 3 weeks, on-site at Sonka Resort.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest units, changing bed linens, restocking amenities, and maintaining resort cleanliness, with a team-oriented, flexible approach required.

Qualifications

• Has previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience.
• Has a good level of spoken English.
• Is reliable, responsible and punctual.
• Has good attention to detail.
• Has a positive and flexible attitude.
• Can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Is comfortable with physical work and working at a good pace.
• Is flexible with working hours during busy changeover periods.

Would you like to spend the winter season working in the peaceful surroundings of Finnish Lapland?

Sonka Resort is an accommodation resort located approximately 30 km from Rovaniemi city centre.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated housekeeper to join our team for the upcoming winter season.

Employment period: 1 November 2026 – 31 March 2027

Working hours: Full-time, 112.5 hours / 3 weeks

Location: Sonka Resort, approximately 30 km from Rovaniemi city centre

Your main responsibilities will include:

– Cleaning and preparing guest accommodation units between stays

– Changing and preparing bed linen and towels

– Restocking guest supplies and amenities

– Maintaining cleanliness throughout the resort

– Reporting maintenance issues, damages or missing items

– Supporting the team with other housekeeping-related duties when needed

We are looking for someone who:
