Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Google Ads Sales Executive to collaborate with Norwegian companies and agency partners across the EMEA region, delivering tailored digital advertising strategies and driving growth from a Barcelona base.

You will build relationships, provide strategic consultancy, and strive to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer experiences. A hybrid, full-time role with relocation support and ongoing training awaits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• C2 level in Norwegian, Finnish, German, Dutch, or Danish plus strong English proficiency.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
• Familiarity with Google tools such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
• Excellent communication, time management, and analytical abilities.
• Team-oriented, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and customer-first mindset.
• Genuine interest in Marketing, Technology, and Online Advertising, with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients and agencies by delivering customized, performance-driven strategies and promoting additional digital marketing solutions.
• Provide strategic consultancy to help clients maximize ROI using a high-quality, consultative approach.
• Consistently meet sales targets while ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
• Engage proactively with customers through phone, video calls, and email.
