Job summary

SSAB seeks an experienced SAP Security Manager to strengthen cybersecurity governance, security architecture, and risk management across our SAP landscape. You will collaborate with Group Security and IT teams, shaping future security for integrated business and manufacturing environments.

You will drive SAP security governance, architecture, and risk assessment in a global industrial setting, ensuring secure-by-design principles across our SAP and OT ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity or related security disciplines in industrial manufacturing or production-intensive industries.
• 3–5 years hands-on SAP security experience in complex enterprise environments (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Familiar with OT/IT convergence and security challenges in industrial settings.
• Strong SAP security architecture, authorization concepts, role design, access governance, and SoD controls.
• Proven experience with SecurityBridge or equivalent SAP security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP cybersecurity governance and security architecture across the SAP landscape.
• Define and maintain SAP security strategy, standards, controls, and operating model.
• Lead the SAP security roadmap including risk management, compliance activities, and audits.
• Own and evolve SAP authorization concepts, role models, and privileged access management; SoD controls.
• Lead identity lifecycle and access governance, provisioning, reviews, and SoD compliance.
• Provide security guidance for major transformation programs and secure-by-design principles in SAP initiatives.
• Develop the roadmap for SAP and OT cybersecurity governance and secure IT/OT convergence.
• Support vulnerability management, risk remediation, and continuous improvement across SAP platforms and connected systems.
