Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced SAP PMO Lead in Helsinki to drive governance, planning, and execution oversight for large-scale S/4HANA greenfield transformations. You will ensure program transparency, governance, and alignment with SAP Activate while supporting stakeholders across global teams.

Role requires 10+ years in IT delivery with 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA programs, strong governance skills, and excellent communication with a preference for Finnish language.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT delivery, with 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA programs in Greenfield implementations (mandatory)
• Proven pharma/regulatory industry experience preferred
• Proven exposure to multi-country rollouts and large-scale transformations
• Track program progress against scope, schedule, and KPIs
• Provide executive dashboards, status reports, and health indicators (RAG status)
• Ensure transparency and timely escalation of deviations and risks
• Adhere to SAP Activate methodology, Quality Gates (QG), and QMS processes
• Maintain centralized risk and issue registers (RAID log)
• Drive usage of SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) for project tracking, quality gate management, monitoring and reporting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP PMO Lead to drive governance, planning, and execution oversight for large-scale S/4HANA greenfield transformation programs. In this role, you will ensure program transparency, governance, and alignment with SAP Activate methodology, while supporting stakeholders across global teams. You will play a key role in monitoring program health, managing risks, and enabling successful delivery across all phases of the transformation lifecycle.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• SAP CALM / Solution Manager / project management tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with Finnish language preferred

About you

You are a seasoned program management professional with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations, particularly within greenfield implementations. You bring strong governance and organizational skills, enabling you to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders across geographies. You excel at tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring transparency at all levels of the organization. With excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, you confidently engage with senior leaders and project teams, driving alignment and delivery excellence. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, global environments while maintaining a strong focus on quality and outcomes.
