Next Ventures are currentyl executing a search for a highly skilled SAP Consultant with a strong background in the aviation industry, particularly in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)operations. The ideal candidate combines deep domain knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes with hands‑on SAP implementation experience across key modules such as SD, MM, and Service Delivery. SAP MRO
Experience within defense or military aviation environments will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP + MRO system implementation and optimization projects within aviation maintenance environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map, analyze, and improve MRO processes and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Ensure all system solutions comply with aviation regulatory frameworks and standards.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for aircraft maintenance planning, execution, and lifecycle management within SAP.
• Conduct blueprint workshops, design reviews, and develop comprehensive solution documentation.
• Support testing, training, and deployment activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel occasionally to client sites for workshops, assessments, or implementation support.

Requirements

• Proven experience within the aviation industry, with in-depth understanding of MRO operations and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance planning, execution, and asset lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on SAP expertise in one or more of the following modules:
  • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • SAP MM (Materials Management)
  • Service Delivery / CS / PM modules
• Experience in aviation‑specific MRO systems and their integration with SAP.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively in remote and international settings.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience working in defense or military aviation environments is a significant advantage.
