Job summary

Kasvava siivousalan yritys Espoossa etsii myynnin ja markkinoinnin johtajaa kehittämään ja toteuttamaan tehokkaita strategioita. Tehtäviisi kuuluu asiakassuhteiden hallinta, markkinatutkimusten suorittaminen ja digitaalisten sekä perinteisten kampanjoiden suunnittelu. Etsimme henkilöä, jolla on vahva kokemus myynnistä ja markkinoinnista, erinomaiset viestintätaidot sekä kyky työskennellä niin itsenäisesti kuin tiimissä.

• Vähintään 3 vuotta kokemusta myynnissä ja markkinoinnissa.
• Tuntemus siivousalan markkinoista ja asiakastarpeista.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the residential, office, and construction cleaning sectors.
• Lead market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights within the cleaning industry.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts while proactively pursuing new business opportunities across all three service lines.
• Plan and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team.
• Represent Cleanliving Oy at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
• Solid experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• In‑depth knowledge of the cleaning industry, including market dynamics and customer expectations.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager within the cleaning industry.
• Specific experience with residential, office, and/or construction cleaning markets.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and eco‑friendly cleaning solutions.
• Experience with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
