Job Summary

We are recruiting for our customer. The role is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the performance of a dealer network to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence. This role involves building strong relationships with dealers, providing training and support, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with dealers to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all dealer-related inquiries and communications.
  • Conduct regular dealer meetings to communicate strategic objectives and updates.
  • Network Development: Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage and reach.
  • Assess and evaluate dealer performance, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with dealers to create business plans focused on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets and objectives through the dealer network.
  • Provide sales training, tools, and resources to help dealers succeed.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor dealer service levels to ensure timely and efficient customer support.
  • Implement performance metrics and KPIs for dealer operations.
  • Resolve escalated issues, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
  • Training and Support: Organize and deliver training sessions for dealers on products, services, and business practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealers to enhance their operational capabilities.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in dealer network management, sales management, or a similar role in the construction equipment (excavators prior) industry.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of forklift or material handling equipment is highly desirable.
  • Other Requirements: A willingness to travel extensively (domestically and internationally, if required).
  • Valid driver’s license.
