Job Description - Sales Director CVX Ventures Finland. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are given tremendous responsibility? Do you want to be part of an extraordinary entrepreneurial team with young, motivated, and driven individuals? If so, you might be our new Sales Director in Finland.

CVX is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors and is on a path to becoming Europe’s largest venture investor by providing high-growth companies with capital, knowledge, and network. We invest with the best angels for the founder, and today we have over 600 angel investor partners in CVX. CVX currently consists of 20 ambitious individuals in Copenhagen, London, Oslo, Stockholm and Helsinki.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and implement your sales strategy
  • Build out the lead marketing machine
  • Drive sales and continuously hit and exceed revenue targets
  • Hire, develop, and lead a top-notch sales team once targets are met
  • Participate in budget work and set organizational goals
  • Follow KPIs and continually develop action plans to improve results
  • Lead end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment
  • Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.
  • Collaborate with other managers and report to the CEO
What We Expect from You
  • 5+ years of experience ideally in venture capital, high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
  • A natural ability to sell and demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • High work ethic with a sense of urgency and exceptional drive
  • Proactive with ownership of all tasks
  • People-oriented with the ability to bring people together
  • Effective communication with management and board-level audiences
  • Ability to earn the trust of business leaders
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Humility and a passion for building and developing new businesses
  • Fluency in Finnish and English
  • Preferably a network in the Finnish start-up ecosystem
