Done Robotics Ab Oy is hiring a Finnish (or Swedish) -speaking business developer in Vaasa!

We are a startup based in Vaasa, Finland, developing our own hardware and delivering smart service robots that make everyday processes smarter, safer, and more efficient. Our vision is Robots for People. We aim to become the world’s premier robot service provider.

Our current solutions include:

  • Charlie, our UV-C disinfection robot, which disinfects hospital rooms quickly and thoroughly
  • Drivey, our autonomous hospital bed transporter robot
  • Several robots from other manufacturers

We are now looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist to help us scale. This role combines hands-on sales with strategic business development: launching Done Robotics’ robot-as-a-service solutions.

Your Mission

  • Lead generation: Identify and engage prospective customers and decision-makers in the Nordics
  • Robot sales & demos: Build relationships, run demos, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Business development: Find partners, explore new sectors beyond healthcare, test business models, and scale pilots into sustainable services
  • Market presence: Represent Done Robotics at events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with our development team in Vaasa to align customer insights with product development

You’re a Match If You

  • Can work from our office in Vaasa
  • Speak Finnish and/or Swedish fluently – essential for this role
  • Have experience in sales (B2B, B2G, B2C) and enjoy networking and building partnerships
  • Have experience or strong interest in business development, startups, and customer development
  • Are self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
  • Communicate very well in English
