Job summary

Alaris COJOT Oy is seeking an RF Engineering Support Technician to join our Espoo-based engineering team. You will perform hands-on RF test setups, prototype builds, and assist with troubleshooting and lab activities in close cooperation with our design engineers.

The role emphasizes practical, RF-minded technical work, with responsibilities spanning assembly, lab upkeep, and measurement support. Finnish work eligibility is required; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Educational background in a technical field (vocational or bachelor's).
• Hands-on RF assembly or electronics manufacturing experience.
• Practical, analytical approach with troubleshooting focus.
• Good English; Finnish an advantage.
• Proficient with lab tools and measurement software.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble and rework RF prototypes with design engineers, including PCB population, cable assembly and mechanical integration.
• Keep the laboratory running smoothly by maintaining tools, equipment and stock, and ensuring a safe workspace.
• Support RF and antenna measurements by preparing test setups and executing measurements.
• Investigate returned products, perform first-line fault finding and assist production partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvements by developing lab processes and documentation.
